循环流化床锅炉的循环倍率及其对燃烧效率的影响

摘    要:讨论循环流化床锅炉及其循环倍率 ,分析循环倍率的诸定义及其相互之间的关系 ,对影响循环倍率的若干因素如燃煤性质、分离器分离效率、煤颗粒直径、流化气速等作了探讨 ,并进一步讨论了循环倍率对锅炉燃烧效率的影响 .

Abstract:This paper focus on the CFB boiler and its circulation rate, analyses the definitions of the circulation rate and their relationships, and discusses those factors which affect the value of circulation rate, such as the characteristic of coal, the separate efficiency of separator, the diameter of coal grain, the fluidized velocity, ect. Finally in this paper the effect of circulation rate value on the combustion efficiency of CFB boiler is studied.
