生物师范专业复合应用型人才培养的探索

当前高校毕业生就业形势发生变化 ,呈现双向选择趋势 ,本文针对社会对生物师范专业毕业生能力方面的需求 ,通过改革教学计划、教学内容和方法 ,加强动手能力培养 ,加强校外基地建设等方法 ,进行实践教学环节的建设 ,对拓宽毕业生就业路子 ,培养适应社会需求人才的途径和方法进行了初步探索。

The Exploration on Training the Compound and Applied Talents of Biological Normal Speciality

The employment situation of graduates in colleges and universities is now changing, and presenting a tendency of both sides selections. This paper explores the ways and methods of widening the graduates' employment and training the talents the society needs by reforming the teaching plan, strengthening the working ability and constructing the teaching base in accordance with the social needs for the graduates in biological normal speciality.
