| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的确立 ,我国证券市场的发展取得了长足的进步 ,但由于我国证券市场仍然处于初级阶段 ,尚待不断完善和健全。因此 ,本文就现阶段我国证券市场存在的主要问题进行了阐述 ,并提出几点对策。
