| 摘 要： | 企业集团的财务管理过程就是财务信息的运动过程。从信息理论角度出发。企业集团的财务管理模式应能够保证财务信息的迅速传递，保证所传信息的真实性。节约信息传递的成本。建立在网络财务基础上的集中化财务管理模式能满足财务信息的实时、真实传递以及节约传递成本的要求。

| Abstract: | Financial management of the enterprise group is the transmission course of financial information. Analyzing in terms of information theory, the financial management mode of the enterprise group can guarantee the fast transmission and the validity of the financial information, and economize the cost of the information transmission. The centralized financial management mode based on the network finance can satisfy the requirements of real-time and true transmission of the financial information and economizing the cost of the transmission. |
