Electronic commerce （ e - commerce） is the product of the Internet age. The development of e - commerce and the Hercyn- Jan economic zone are mutually connected and promoting. However, Hercynian economic zone has restricted the e -commerce entre- preneurship. Under the background of regional economic integration, in order to build a platform conducive to the e - commerce busi- ness, Hercynian economic zone should start from five factors affecting e -commerce entrepreneurship, so as to provide policy support, beneficial atmosphere, facilities, personnel training system for the e -commerce business.
