神木镜煤与柳林镜煤碳化过程的红外光谱研究

摘    要:利用红外光谱分析和差热分析探讨了神木镜煤和柳林镜煤的碳化过程与组成结构的关系.柳林镜煤在碳化过程中经历中间相的生成发展阶段形成各向异性半焦,而神木镜煤则直接形成各相同性年焦.结构分析表明神木镜煤羟基官能团含量高,碳化初期易发生缩合反应,从而制约了中间相的形成和发展.

Abstract:The relationship between the carbonization of Shenmu and Liulin Vitrains and its structure is investigated with the infrared spectrum analysis and differential thermal analysis. Liulin vitrain passes through the stage of formation and development of mesophase and produce optical anisotropic simicoke,and Shenmu vitrain directly produces optical isotropic semicoke. The analysis shows that Shenmu vitrain contains more hydroxy group and the condensation reaction occurs easily during the initial stage of carbonization,inhibiting the formation and development of mesophase.
