| 摘 要： | 针对小滚柱倒角困难,研究了使用机械、化学复合的方法进行加工.通过试验确定了设备、研磨液、磨料和水的参数,得出设备、研磨液是最突出的两个因素.采用这种方法,滚柱的倒角时间可缩短9倍.

| Abstract: | The compound method of mechanical and chemical processing was used to solve the difficulties of in the small roller chamfering.By the experiments,the relevant parameters of the equipment,polishes,abrasives and water were determined,and we think that the equipmet and polishes are the most important two factors.Using this method,the time of the roller chamfering can be shortened 9 times. |
