摘    要:基于当前矿井中瓦斯爆炸造成严重的人员伤亡和财产损失的严峻现实,以及现有的瓦斯检测设备功耗高、实时性差、成本较高等问题,设计了一种具有无线通信功能的瓦斯气体实时监测系统。该系统包括监测节点和基站节点以及上位机3个部分。监测节点之间构成链状拓扑结构,将监测到的数据汇总到基站节点,再由基站节点与上位机相连,将数据传送给上位机。在上位机,通过LabVIEW 2010软件开发平台编写友好的人机界面,对瓦斯浓度数据进行分析和实时显示,并将数据保存到数据库,如果浓度超过警戒值,进行语音报警。系统采用Web技术,可以对上位机界面进行远程监控。经测试证明该系统具有良好的瓦斯监测和无线通信功能。

Abstract:Based on the grim reality of the serious casualties and property losses caused by the gas explosion in the mine,and the high-power,poor real-time,high cost of the existing detection equipment,a real-time monitoring system of gas with wireless communication capabilities is designed in this paper.The system is composed of the monitor nodes,the base depot nodes and the superior machine.The monitoring nodes send the monitored data to the base depot node through a chain topology structure.And then the data are sent to the superior machine.In the superior machine,a friendly interface is written by the LabVIEW.The interface can analyze and display the real-time gas data,and then save them into the database.If the gas concentration exceeds a warning value,a voice alarm will be taken.The system realized the remote monitoring by the Web technology.
