机床主传动系统优化设计的一种新方法

摘    要:根据设计转速图的已知条件,把结构式化成两个列向量,将各传动组的传动比、 变速范围和各级转速用最小传动比表示;引用接触强度理论,将机床传动系统中各传 动轴间的中心距化成各传动组最小传动比函数;以中心距之和最小为目标函数,各传 动组最小传动比为设计变量进行优化,得最优转速图;采用改进的Hooke-Jeeves法 通用程序,运算速度快,通用性好。

Abstract:According to the given conditions for designing the speed diagrams the structural formula of the gear trains is indicated by two vectors. The transm- ission ratios, the speed ranges and various speeds of shafts are expressed in terms of the minimum transmission ratios. Introducing the theory of contact strength, the distances between center are expressed as the function of the minimum transmission ratios. The objective function is the minimum of the sum of the distances between centers. The design variables are the minimum transmission ratios of different transmission groups in the gear tiain. After calculation the optimum speed diagram can be obtained. The revised Hooke-Jeeves method of optimization is applied which possesses the advantages of high-speed calculation and universality.
