As the comprehensive management institution in colleges and universities,the office plays an important role in the management of colleges and universities.According to Xi＇an Polytechnic University office work practice,the new challenges of office work in colleges and universities were analyzed,and to strengthening the six kinds of consciousness ＂learning,situation,prospect,efficiency,service,innovation＂,enhancing the four abilities ＂comprehensive coordination,assistant to the chief of staff,supervision,service＂are put forwad to further improve the office work in colleges and universities.
