| Abstract: | Public art is the force and sign for promoting social material and spiritual civilization,which is not only related to national economy development and social fashions,but also related to people＇s lives,study,work,entertainment,leisure and so on. Public art holds multiple values of history,culture and aesthetics,it is the crystallization of artists＇ wisdom and emotion and plays an important role in people＇s lives,also,it plays an important role in improving public environment and demonstrating regional culture and time spirit. |
