摘    要:安全工程专业是一个多学科交叉、渗透和融合的专业方向,实验模式是影响创新人才培养的关键因素之一。针对学科自身特点,对安全工程专业创新人才的实验培养模式进行了研究与探索,从实验资源整合、实验教学与科研紧密结合、工程实践基地健全、实验管理机制完善、"5+2+1"培养模式等六个方面进行了尝试。实践表明学生的创新能力得到了较大提高,推动了理论与工程的结合。

Abstract:Safety engineering is a multi-disciplinary,penetrative and joint professional direction.The experimental model is one of the key factors which affecting the creative talents.Based on its characteristics,training model for the creative professional experiment of safety engineering was researched and explored.Innovative educational philosophy,curriculum system reform," 5 + 2 + 1 " training model,tutorial training for undergraduate,innovation of experimental teaching program and innovative practice platform were attempted.The practice shows that the students’ innovation ability has been greatly enhanced.
