摘    要:分析了压力容器焊接坡口设计的基本原则和影响因素 ,从主观贝叶斯方法基础上得到焊接坡口选择的不精确推理的全概率推理模型 ,建立焊接母材库、焊材库和工艺库 ,实现了计算机辅助焊接坡口选择的推定系统。通过具体实例验证推定系统的实用性及合理性 ,并运用到压力容器生产的焊接坡口的计算机辅助选择与设计中。

Abstract:In this paper, the basic principles and influencing factors in the welding groove selection and design of pressure vessels are analyzed. Based on the subjective Bayes method, a total probabilistic reasoning model for approximate reasoning is presented. The welding base metal database, welding materials database and welding technology database are built, and the computer aided reasoning system of groove selection and design is realized. The practicality and rationality of the reasoning system are verified through a concrete example. The system can be used to computer aided selecting and designing of welding groove during pressure vessel manufacture.
