电解氧化法制备膨胀石墨

摘    要:报道了用电解氧化法制备膨胀石墨的工艺条件,着重探讨天然石墨粒度对膨胀度的影响。实验结果表明,用电解氧化的方法可在较低的硫酸浓度下制备出同样膨胀倍数的可膨胀石墨,天然石墨的粒度对膨胀度的影响是诸因素中最显著的,氧化时间、电流密度、膨胀温度等也均有一定的影响。

Abstract:The technological conditions of expanded graphite prepared by electrooxidation was reported.The effect of graphitic grain size on expansion degree has been discussed.Results of experiments indecated thatthe expansible graphite with the same expansion degree can be prepared by electrooxidation in lowersulfuric acid concentration and the effectof grain size on expansion degree is most obvious among all factors. Moreover,oxidation time,current density and expansion temperature have influence to a certain degree.
