论中医院校英语教师职业发展与知识结构多元化

摘    要:高校英语教师的语言能力和教学技能,在英语教师的职业发展中起着一定的促进和指导作用。但在中医国际化的新形势下,其指导作用显然已经落后于形势的发展。结合中医院校的实际和中医教育未来之发展趋势,从教师职业发展角度出发,论证了新形势下中医院校英语教师知识结构多元化的主要原因,提出了"复合型英语教师"的命题。

Abstract:Researches on career development of college English teachers abroad and at home concentrates upon language ability and teaching skills, which to some degree plays encouraging and instructive role in career development of college English teachers. Since those researches are oriented toward all colleges, in the new situation in which traditional Chinese medicine is being internationalized, they become a little backward. Combining reality of colleges of traditional Chinese medicine and trend of traditional Chinese medicine education, this paper, in the view of career development of college English teachers, explains the reasons why in the new situation Eng- lish teachers in colleges of traditional Chinese medicine need to multiply their knowledge structure and meanwhile brings forward the term of multi - skilled English teachers.
