| 摘 要： | 我国是拥有13亿人的人口大国,其中农村人口大约占70%。随着农村经济与生活水平不断提高,也出现了一系列生态问题,其中农村饮用水源污染问题尤为突出。因此,我国应效仿发达国家,制定适合我国国情的饮用水源安全法律,把城市集中式饮用水源和农村分散式水源加以区分和细化。

| Abstract: | China is a country which has 1.3 billion population, almost 70% is rural population. With the development of the rural econ- omy and improvement of living standard, many ecological problems appear, specifically in pollution of drinking water in countryside. China should imitate developed countries and draw up a law which suits Chinas national conditions, distinguishing the city concentration drinking water with the distributed drinking water in the countryside. |
