| 摘 要： | 业余体校一直为竞技体育输送了许多优秀的后备人才,为我国竞技体育做出了不可磨灭的贡献。然而,当今社会对人才文化素质的要求越来越高,而业余体校的培养模式难以解决学训矛盾,已经不能适应当今社会培养高素质体育人才的要求,体教结合的模式应运而生。这种模式更注重学生的文化教育,符合当今社会对体育人才综合素质的要求。

| Abstract: | The amateur sports schools have made indelible contribution to the competitive sports in country by transferring many excellent sport talents for competitive sports. However, the present society puts forward higher requirements for the talents cultural quality, to which the teaching model of amateur sports schools can not conform, thus the model of combining sports and teaching comes into being. This model pays more attention to the cultural education, which conforms to the requirements for the comprehensive quality of sports tal- ents. |
