| 摘 要： | 城投类公司是我国经济体制改革的产物,作为各级政府经营城市的主体,在城市建设中发挥着重要作用。但由于种种原因,出现了良莠不齐现象,面临诸多困难。分析中小城市城投类公司发展中存在的问题,以新余市城投公司为例展开实证研究。

| Abstract: | The urban investment company is the product of the economic system reform. As the governments＇subject of the city manage- ment, it plays an important role in urban construction. However, for a variety of reasons some unbalance problems have emerged and many difficulties are confronted. This article attempts to analyze the development of urban investment company of small and mid - sized cities, and taking a certain city for example to do empirical research. |
