技校生时间管理倾向与气质类型的关系研究——基于韶关市3所技工学校大专生的调查

目的:研究技校生气质类型与时间管理倾向的关系。方法:以陈会昌编制的气质类型量表与黄希庭编制的青少年时间管理倾向量表对韶关市3所技校587名大专生进行测试。结果:(1)技校生时间管理倾向不存在显著的性别、是否独生子女、家庭居住地上的差异,但存在显著的年级差异。(2)技校生时间管理倾向存在显著的气质类型差异,时间监控观与时间效能存在显著的气质类型差异。

A study on the relation between technical college students' time management disposition with their temperament type——Based on the investigation into students of three technical colleges

Objective： To investigate the relation between technical college students＇time management disposition with their temperament type. Methods：587 college students of three technical colleges in Shaognan city were investigated by Chen Huichang＇s Temperament Type Scale and Time Management Disposition Scale compiled by Huang Xiting. Results ： （ 1 ） There was no significant difference on gen- der, the only child and the living place of house in technical college students＇time management disposition, but differences exist on the grade. （2） There was significant difference on temperament types in technical studentstime management disposition, and the sense of time control and the sense of time efficiency as well.
