| 摘 要： | 分析了现行经济评价方法中对物价受动处理存在的一些问题，论述资金时间价值的两重性，按费用和收益的物价变动率相同和不同两种情况，推导了项目经济评价指标正确的计算方法，并指出了应注意的事项和应用的范围。
