| 摘 要： | 介绍了一个基于可编程逻辑控制器（PLC）的教学仿真系统，该系统的结构，功能是根据PLC工业控制系统的基本特点，结合实际水泥生产控制中的工艺要求，设备情况等信息设计实现的。本文重点讨论了设备仿真子系统的组织方式，实现方法和可适应性，并结合水泥生产中的重要设备-回转窑具体说明设备仿真的基本设计原则，该教学仿真系统目前已经应用于实际。

| Abstract: | This article introduces a teaching/training simulation system built on programmable logic controllers (PLC). The design and implementation of the system combine the primitive features of the PLC industrial control system and collect information from a real cement production line, such as requirement of techniques and equipments condition. The paper emphasizes the organization implementation and adaptability on the production equipments simulation subsystem and explains the essential design principle combined with rotatory kilns which are very important in cement production. The teaching simulation system has been applied in a training schoole. |
