| 摘 要： | 本文对胆石症排石效果进行摸拟实验,结果是:胆囊内任何小于胆囊口的结石,只要在以胆囊口为中心的螺线上都能排出;当结石总容量占胆囊总容量18.6～50.4％时为排石峰区,占27％时是最佳排石点,占一半以上和10％左右的不易排出。可供胆石症患者,决定治疗方案时参考。

| Abstract: | The paper does a simulated experiment about the lithagogue effect of Chotetithiaxis. Its results ase: any gall-stone may be exputsed out of the gall lladdes if it is smalles than the opening of the gall ttaddes and on the hetix taking the opening of the gall ttaddes as centse; total capacity for gallstones occupying 18.6-50.4% total capacity of a gall ttaddes in peak zone for tithagagut, 27% the optimum hoint for tithagogue and more than half or about 10% ca paeity the calculus being hasdty expulscd out. This jpapes might he a refesence for the patients whe suffen the chotetithiais and make a decision whethcs they need a swzgicat operatin. |
