| 摘 要： | 用毛细管气相色谱法分析了中国不同地区不同等级的烤烟烟叶中Ｃ１ —Ｃ８ 低级脂肪酸的含量,结果发现,质量好的烟叶比质量差的烟叶所含低级脂肪酸总量要高一些,一些脂肪酸能减少烟气的刺激性使烟气柔和。

| Abstract: | The C-1-C-8 fatty acids in different grades and area of oriental tobacco leaves of China were analyzed by GC. It was found that the higher grade leaves contained more volatile fatty acids than the lower grade. Some fatty acids reduced the irritation and made the cigarette smoke more mild. |
