螺栓节点球分度夹紧装置控制系统

摘    要:提出螺栓节点球分度夹紧装置原理及要求,介绍了分度、夹紧控制系统。采用CNC、PLC、变频器组成控制系统,实现精密分度、夹紧速度可调、夹紧力稳定可调可靠,与加工中心组合完成螺栓节点球的自动化加工。

Abstract:The principle and its requirements of angle dividing and clamping equipment for bolted sphere nodes are put forward. The control system of the angle dividing and clamping is also itroduced. This system consists of CNC,PLC and the inverter. It can realize make the dividing angle accurate, the clamping speed adjustable, and the clamping force stable and reliable. When combined with the processing center, it can produce bolted sphere nodes automatically.
