| 摘 要： | 在文献［１］中，ＧｅｏｒｇｅＰｈｉｌｌｉｐＢａｒｋｅｒ得到了关于“正规阵与李雅普诺夫方程”的三个定理。在［２］中进一步削弱了上述定理的条件。本文对这一问题进行了进一步的研究，所得定理以［２］中的结果为特例。
