| 摘 要： | 《体育保健学》实践技能无论对竞技体育、学校体育还是大众体育都有很重要的作用。但在传统的教学中是以理论教学为主,实践教学为辅,不能满足本门课程的教学要求。为了加强实验教学环节,培养学生实践操作技能和应用能力,文中在《体育保健学》实践技能教学方法改革的基础上,探讨了提高实践技能的有效教学方法。

| Abstract: | The practical skills of sport hygiene play a very important role in competitive sports,school sports and mass sports.However,the traditional teaching,which is mainly on the theory teaching,supplemented by practice teaching,cannot meet the teaching requirements of this course.In order to strengthen the experimental teaching,fostering students＇ practical skills and ability,this paper,on the basis of sports health science practical skills and teaching methods reform,discusses the practical skills of effective teaching methods. |
