基于三菱触摸屏软件的可视化教学方法

摘    要:针对传统《可编程控制器》(PLC)教学中不具备良好的人机界面、可视性差的缺点,提出了基于三菱触摸屏软件的仿真模拟PLC的可视化教学方法。以十字路口交通灯控制系统为例,该文详细介绍了触摸屏和PLC程序编制以及它们在纯软件环境下的联机仿真。这种仿真教学方法不仅可验证PLC控制程序的正确与否,还可直观地显示PLC动态控制过程。它加深了学生对PLC应用的兴趣和理解,提高了PLC课程的理论教学水平。

Visible Teaching Method Based on Mitsubishi HMI Software

Abstract:Aimed at the lacking of visualization in traditional teaching,visible teaching method of PLC curriculum based on Mitsubishi HMI software is proposed.Taking system of traffic lights at the crossroads as an example,under software environment,HMI and PLC programming as well as online simulation is introduced in detail.This visible teaching method does not only can verify program of PLC,but also can show vividly control process of PLC.It is helpful in deepening students understanding of PLC application,and improving teaching quality.
