论高校固定资产清查

高校固定资产清查是高校资产管理以及实验室仪器设备管理的重要内容,对摸清家底、发现问题、解决问题,提高资产管理和实验室管理水平具有重要的意义。文章论述了高校固定资产清查的内容、程序。通过对清查结果的分析,从资产管理认识、制度建设、管理队伍建设、信息技术建设、监督检查等方面提出了整改措施,以保证账、卡、物相符,提高高校固定资产管理水平。

On Fixed Assets Checking of the University

Fixed assets checking is an important content of asset management and laboratory instrument management at a higher institution.It＇ s manful to find out the real assets situation,identify problems,solve problems and improve the level of asset management and laboratory management.This paper deals with the significance,contents and procedures of the fixed assets checking at a higher institution.One analyzes the results of the checking and brings forward the measures in many aspects,such as asset management awareness,institution-building,management team-building,information technology construction,supervision and inspection to assure the agreements among inventory,forms and assets so as to improve the management of the fixed assets at a higher institution.
