微波辐射法快速合成Eu~(3+)激活的SrMoO_4红色荧光粉

采用微波辐射法合成了Eu3+掺杂SrMoO4红色荧光粉.运用X线衍射仪及荧光分光光度计对该荧光粉的物相结构及发光性能等进行了分析和表征.结果表明:所得的样品为四方晶系、白钨矿结构的钼酸盐,空间群为I41/a.激发光谱在200～350nm处有1宽的吸收带,峰值位于290nm,属于Mo-O,Eu-O的电荷迁移带;350nm以后的吸收峰是由于Eu3+离子的f-f跃迁引起的.发射光谱由一系列发射峰组成,主峰位于617nm处,属于5 D0→7F2电偶极跃迁发射,发纯正的红光.同时,考察了微波吸收剂、反应时间、助熔剂等对发光性能的影响.

Synthesis of Eu3+-doped SrMoO4 red emitting phosphors by microwave radiation method

Eu3+ doped SrMoO4 red phosphors were synthesized rapidly by microwave radiation method.The phase structure and luminescence properties of as-synthesized SrMoO4:Eu3+ were characterized and investigated by X-ray diffraction and fluorescence spectrophotometer respectively.The results indicated that the obtained products were pure monazite type molybdates with tetragonal system,belonging to space group I41/a.The excitation spectrum showed a broad band ranging from 200-350 nm with a maximum at 290 nm,which was ascribed to the charge-transfer band(CTB) between Mo-O and Eu-O;the sharp peaks after 350 nm belong to f-f transition of Eu3+.The emission spectrum contained a group of narrow peaks,with the main peak at around 617 nm originated from the electric dipole transition of 5D0→7F2 of Eu3+,showing red emitting.Meanwhile,the influences of microwave absorbent,reaction time,flux,doped-Eu3+ concentration and charge compensator on the fluorescent properties of as-prepared samples were also discussed.
