1188例已婚妇女妇科普查分析报告

目的探讨轩煤公司妇女妇科常见病的主要病种及发病率，以期指导降低妇女常见病、多发病发病率，提高治愈率，改善妇女生活质量，健全妇女防癌保健网.方法对轩煤公司20个单位1188例妇女普查结果进行分析，并用统计学方法探讨常见疾病与职业、年龄的关系.结果①妇女常见疾病及发病率：宫颈糜烂34.68%，盆腔炎、附件炎、阴道炎13.38%，子宫肌瘤2.1%，乳房包块1.18%，确诊宫颈癌1例；②与机关职工相比较，基层职工宫颈糜烂及盆腔炎、附件炎、阴道炎发病率较高.结论降低妇女妇科常见病发病率一定要做到预防、早治，要尽量做到群防群治，要努力开展基层妇女妇科疾病的普及教育工作，改善她们的工作、生活环境，以提高妇女健康水平.

1188 Cases of Married Women Gynecological Census Report

Objective To explore gynecological frequent diseases and the incidence of them of women in Xuangang Coal-electricity Limited Liability Company, with a view to reduce the incidence of frequent and multiple disease, increase the cure rate and improve women＇s quality of life, improve women＇s preventive health-care network. Methods to analyse the date of 1 188 women＇s results of the gynecological census, and explore the relationship of frequent and multiple disease with occupation and age with statistical methods. Results 1 ） the incidence of disease： 34.68%（cervical erosion）, 13.38%（ pelvic inflammatory disease, annex inflammation and vaginitis）, 2.1% （Hysteromyoma）, 1.18% （breast masses）, confirmed one case of cervical cancer; 2）the grass-roots workers＇ incidence of disease of cervical erosion, pelvic inflammatory disease, annex of uterus inflammation, vaginitis and Hysteromyoma are higher than it of Organs workers. Conclusions To reduce the incidence of gynecological frequent diseases must be prevention, early treat, and try to make it to mass prevention efforts; must carry out universal education of gynecological diseases to grassroots women, improve their working and living environment for the advancement of women health.
