摘    要:爆炸载荷作用下埋地管线的动力响应研究对管道附近的爆破施工和管道安全防护设计具有重要意义。数值模拟研究了四种相同标准尺寸比(管外径与壁厚的比值)的埋地聚乙烯(PE)管在爆炸载荷作用下的动态响应,初步揭示了PE管的振速、应变、应力和压力等指标参数的动响应规律。研究表明:PE管正对爆心截面处受横向振动影响最大,而管道正对爆心截面两侧受轴向振动影响最大;管道受压应变影响程度比拉应变大,易受压损伤;在误差允许范围内,四种相同标准尺寸PE管的动态响应参数(峰值振速、峰值环向压应变和峰值压力)可采用考虑场地系数和衰减系数的拟合公式进行预测分析。

Abstract:Studying dynamic response of buried pipelines under blast loads has great significance to design of blasting construction near the pipelines and safety protection design of the pipelines. Numerical studies are used to reveal the dynamic response law of vibration velocity, strain, stress, and pressure of buried polyethylene (PE) pipelines with four kinds of the same standard dimension ratio (the ratio of outer diameter to thickness of pipe wall). The dynamic response laws of vibration velocity, strain, stress and pressure of PE pipe are preliminarily revealed. The results show that the transverse vibration has the greatest influence on the cross section of PE pipe facing the explosion centre, while the axial vibration has the greatest influence on both sides of the cross section of PE pipe facing the explosion centre. The influence of compressive strain is greater than that of tensile strain, and the pipeline is easy to be damaged. Within the allowable error range, the dynamic response parameters (peak vibration velocity, peak circumferential compressive strain and peak pressure) of four kinds of PE pipes with the same standard size can be predicted and analyzed by the fitting formula considering site coefficient and attenuation coefficient.
