| 摘 要： | 本文针对本院三校合并后给图书馆人员带来的心态变化进行了研究和探讨,认为合并专升本高校图书馆馆员只有调整好自己心态,才能适应专升本高校图书馆发展整体目标的要求,并提出了馆员自我心理调适的途径。
