| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骶髂关节脱位合并耻骨联合分离或耻骨骨折经皮固定的手术方法及疗效。方法在C臂X线机引导下，7例用空心螺钉经皮固定骶髂关节脱位和耻骨联合分离或耻骨骨折进行开放复位内固定。结果7例患者均复位满意，随访术后随访6-14个月，疗效满意，总优良率达85．7％。结论对骶髂关节脱位合并耻骨联合分离或耻骨骨折手术治疗可获得满意效果。
