高原条件下家兔肠系膜微循环改变的实验研究

摘    要:目的:通过比较高原和平原自然条件下家兔肠系膜微循环的改变,进而了解高原缺氧条件下家兔器官和系统形态和功能的改变,了解高原缺氧条件下家兔器官和系统形态与功能改变的微循环基础,为如何更好的适应高原缺氧环境和提供参考资料。方法:比较高原和平原自然条件下家兔肠系膜微血管开放数目、血管内径、血流速度及血流流态等微循环的改变等情况。结果:高原条件下家兔肠系膜微血管开放数目减少(P〈0.01),血管内径缩小(P〈0.05),血流速度变慢(P〈0.05),血流流态与平原有差异(P〈0.01)。结论高原条件下家兔肠系膜微血管开放数目、血管内径、血流速度及血流流态有改变。

An Experimental Study on Changes in Mesenteric Microcirculation of Rabbit at High Altitude Condition

Abstract:In this work, the changes in rabbit mesenteric microcirculation under high altitude and lowland natural conditions was compared for understanding the changes in organs, system morphology an rabbit and changes in basic microcirculation of changes in organs and systems function under the d function of conditions of high altitude oxygen shortage. The reference information about adapting to high altitude oxygen shortage condition was provided by comparing the microcireulation changes, such as number of open capillaries of mesen- tery, vascular diameter, blood flow velocity and blood flow pattern, of Rabbit under the plateau and lowland natural conditions. The results showed that the number opened mesenteric micro-vessels reduced (P〈0.01), blood vessel diameter narrowing (P〈0.05), blood flow slowed down (P〈0.05) and blood flow pattern at plateau is different with lowland (P〈0.01). The conclusion can be drown that the number of opened mesenteric microvessels, vascular diameter, blood flow velocity and blood flow pattern of rabbit has changed at high altitude conditions.
