| Abstract: | Through analyzing the influence which produced by the change of meteorological conditions such as precipitation,temperature,wind and visibility on the urban main traffic connection,this paper put forward that the forecast information should be published in advance,establish and perfect the essential measures of emergency system and response mechanism to ensure traffic safety.It provided evidence for carrying out urban traffic meteorological service. |
