| 摘 要： | 采用固体琼脂稀释法体外观察11种中药的乙醇(体积分数为75%)提取物对白色念珠菌、Fh6和W13株致甲真菌病真菌的作用,以筛选出抗菌作用较强的单味中药.结果表明6种中药乙醇提取物对1种或几种甲真菌显示较强的抑制作用,其中蛇床子、牡丹皮的乙醇提取物对3种甲真菌均有较强的抑制作用.

| Abstract: | In order to select inhibitive single TCM(traditional Chinese medicine), antifungal agents against Candida albicans (Robin) Berkh, Rhodotorula sp and Rhodotorula mucilaginosa were screened. The antifungal agents were extracted from 11 TCMs by using solid agar dilution method. The results showed that the 6 ethanol extracts exhibited stronger antifungal activity, and the enthanol extracts from Tree peony bark and Common Cnidium Fruit are more stronger than those of tested other medicines. |
