翼剖面二相流压力分布计算

摘    要:在船用螺旋桨桨叶表面充气以形成气膜是改善其空泡特性的有效方法之一.应用薄边界层理论和源汇分布面元法实现了水气二相流在叶剖面上的流动匹配计算,确定了水动力压力分布和空泡斗,揭示了空泡性能变化的机理.通过同NACA4412非对称叶剖面和NACA0012对称叶剖面压力分布试验结果的比较表明,数值模拟计算结果是可信的,从而为半潜桨和表面切入桨设计的水动力性能计算提供了有效的数值方法.

Abstract:It is one of the efficient approaches that the air-film is accreted on blade surface of operative marine propeller for improving cavitation characteristics. The matching calculation of two-phase flow on blade section is described by using thin boundary layer theory and surface panel method based on the distribution of source and vortex. A computational system is developed to determine the pressure distribution and cavitation chart on a wing section. The numerical simulating results of pressure distribution are in good agreement with experimental data including the wing section NACA4412 and NACA0012, and the results also show that the method is reliable and feasible for predicting the hydrodynamic characteristics of a wing section. Therefore, it can be applied to the prediction of the hydrodynamic performance for the designing practice of semi-submerged propeller (SSP) and surface\|piercing propeller (SPP) respectively.
