In this paper,the factors that affect the land productivity of DaLian are anal-ysed.On the basis,several calculating methods are used to estimate the land potenicalproductivity.A comparation of resultsbetween individual methodsand between the re-suits calcullated andpractical maxim productivity is made.The using rate of land poteni-cal productivity is revealed.The total productivity of DaLian at the end of the centuryis about 3.17 billon Jin,and the land supporting capacity is estimated.At last,the pol-icy and methods that will promite the land productivity are proposed. |
