摘    要:研究了通过酯交换反应制作相容剂及其加入量对PC/PBT共混体系力学性能的影响。探讨了不同的相容剂、PBT以及PE-MAH的含量对PC/PBT共混合金的力学性能的影响。结果表明:相容剂的加入,提高了PC/PBT共混体系两相问的相容性,改善了材料的力学性能,加入PE-MAH使材料冲击强度大幅提高。

Abstract:The effects of compatibilizer through transesterification on the mechanical properties of the blends of PC/PBT were studied. The effects of different content of compatibilizer, PBT, and PE-MAH on the mechanical properties of PC/PBT blending alloy were discussed. Results showed the addition of compatibilizer in PC/PBT blends enhanced the compatibility between two phases, so the mechanical properties of material were greatly improved. And the impact strength of material was greatly improved with increase of PE- MAH.
