碳纤维负载硼化钴催化硼氢化钠水解制氢

摘    要:利用浸渍负载-还原法制备碳纤维负载Co-B催化剂,研究反应温度、稳定剂(NaOH和CH3COONa)浓度及反应物(NaBH4)浓度对催化剂活性的影响.通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对催化剂进行表征分析,并研究NaBH4的水解动力学行为.实验结果表明:碳纤维负载Co-B催化剂以非晶形式存在;在40℃,以0.19mol/L NaOH为稳定剂时,催化NaBH4水解10min氢气产率约为96%;当NaBH4浓度较低时,其水解反应近似为一级反应.

Abstract:The effects of reaction temperature, stabilizer (NaOH and CH3COONa), concentrations of NaBH4 and reactants on the activity of catalyst loaded on carbon fiber prepared by means of dip load reduction were investigated. Catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the hydrolysis dynamics of sodium borohydride was studied. The experimental results show that in the presence of carbon fiber load Co-B catalyst in amorphous form and 0.19 mol/L NaOH stabilizer, at 40 ℃ under alkaline conditions, hydrogen production rate is nearly 96% for catalytic hydrolysis of NaBH4 for about 10 min and hydrolysis reaction is approximately the first order reaction at low sodium borohydride concentration.
