对应用型工科大学生培养的思考

当前全球性经济危机导致国内大量大学生难以就业的现象,引发了关于应用型大学本科教育培养方法的思考。结合经济发展规律,从管理机制、高校教师以及大学生自身等几个方面入手,分析了目前教育培养模式存在的问题,提出以下改革建议：改革教师工作评价机制,使其更符合应用型工科大学的特色;加强教师职业伦理道德修养,应高度重视施教者工程实践能力的培养和锻炼;借鉴国外大学培养理念,培养具有健全人格的工程技术人员,提高学生对经济形势以及自身能力与社会需求之间差距的认识,从理论和实践两方面拓展其素质。

Thoughts about Undergraduate Education for Application Colleges

Many domestic graduates of a college fail to obtain employment because of the global economic crisis. This makes us think which ways and means we should undertake about undergraduate education in the application colleges. According to the development rule of economy, the problems lying in undergraduate education are investigated and studied. And then some suggestions are proposed from three aspects, such as management systems, teacher lecturers and undergraduates. These include： to reform the evaluation systems so that the methods of undergraduate education correspond with the character of application college; to strength the the teaching profession culture and engineering practice; to cultivate the excellent engineers with right personality by way of improving in the two aspects： theoretical and practice.
