摘    要:通过对齐鲁石化生产的水泥改性专用丁苯乳胶乳液聚合物改性水泥砂浆的试验研究,考察了养护条件对聚合物改性水泥砂浆力学性能的影响,试验证明:乳液的掺量越小,试件所需在水中养护的天数越多,乳液的掺量越大,试件所需在水中养护的天数越少;当乳液的掺量达到一定值时,就无需在水中养护,只需在空气中养护即可,提出了应用该种乳液改性不泥砂浆时的最佳乳胶渗量及不同掺量时的最佳养护条件。

Abstract:By testing the polymer modified mortars and cements added special latex designed for use in polymer modified mortars and cements produced by Qilu Petroleum_chemical Co. Ltd., the paper treats of the impact of the curing conditions on the mechanical properties of modified mortars and cements with the latex. The experiments proved that the less quantity of latex to be added in the mortars and cements, the longer the curing time in the water. Conversely, the more quantity of latex to be added, the shorter the curing time in the water. and when the latex quantity reaches a certain point, no curing time in the water is needed, which means that it can be cured in the air. Finally the paper puts forward the optimum quantity and the different optimum cured conditions when mortars and cements are modified by the latex.
