| 摘 要： | 社区作为一种地域社会，是连接个体与社会的桥梁和纽带，是由同质人口组成，具有价值观念一致、关系密切、出入相友、守望相助的富有人情味的社会共同体，是私人生活的公共空间和个人全面发展的重要阵地。毫无疑问，它是全面建设小康社会的最基层单元和实施单位。文山县城为边疆地区小城市，其社区建设的现状、问题及对策已引起了政府及相关人员的关注。

| Abstract: | A community as a part of a society is a bridge and a link between individuals and the society, which consists of the same concept of value, close relationship and good friendship. It is a public place for people to live and develop in an all round way. Beyond all doubt, it is the basic unit to construct a well- off society. Much more attention has been paid by the government and officials concerned to the society community constructions of Wenshan City, a small border city. |
