基于用户需求的产品形式设计

摘    要:研究既保证产品形式具有创造性,又能够完整而准确表达用户需求的设计方法,建立了一个能够实时地将用户的语言需求转化为产品原型的自动设计系统.采用步枪作为研究实例,以参加过军训的大学生作为模拟用户,用模糊集及语意差异理论评价用户需求与产品的特征及其各个备选方案的关系,利用模糊层次分析法推理出能够满足用户需求的产品形式.该方法也可以应用到其它的产品形式设计中.

Abstract:Presents a design method that ensures the ingenuity in the product form while maintaining the integrity and exact expression of user's needs.The key idea is to establish an automatic design system that can transform the user's needs in language form into the features of products real-time.A rifle was taken as a asample of study and students who have received formal drills in the army were chosen as simulant clients in this study.The theory of fuzzy set and semantic difference was adopted to evaluate the relationship between user's needs and product features as well as their alternatives.Fuzzy analytic hierarchy processing was utilized to judge user's satisfaction.The method can also be applied to other product form designs.
