粉纹夜蛾5BI细胞的悬浮培养

摘    要:报道了粉纹夜蛾5BI细胞在转瓶系统悬浮培养及血清浓度,细胞接种浓度,非离子表面活性剂Plurnic-F-68等对细胞生长的影响与作用,实验结果显示:5BI细胞能够搅拌条件下,在含5%血清培养基中正常生长增殖,当血清浓度降至2%时。细胞生长速率产生较明显变化,PluronicF-68对细胞生长有显著的保护作用,5BI细胞适宜于悬浮培养和进一步放大培养。

Abstract:The suspesion culture of 5BI cell line from Thichoplusia ni and culture conditions effcted on cell growth including serum concentration, seeding density and nonionic surfactant pluronic F 68 were studied in this paper. It was demonstrated that 5BI cell could normally grow and propagate under agitating condifion. Cell growth rate decreased as serum concentration was reduced to 2%. pluronic F 68 was responsible for protection of 5BI insect cells from advers effects of agitating.
