| 摘 要： | 分析了成衣生产过程中因毛纺织面料的缸差和裁损对裁剪工艺的影响，提出了处理面料的缸差及降低裁损的方法．同时指出，要做好从面料仓库到裁剪车间的衔接，以及从裁剪车间到缝制车间的衔接．为服装企业在生产过程中节省面料，加快工厂的生产周期，提高效率提供依据．

| Abstract: | Based on the discussion in cutting techniques of wool fabrics in apparel manufacture and the forming reasons on color difference in different dye lots and the fabric loss in cutting formation,the improvement suggestions are made.Two important connecting jobs are also emphasized. One is the connection between fabric storages and cutting plants,and another is the connection between cutting plants and sewing plants.Furthermore,the recommendations on how to save fabrics,speed up production cycle,and improve efficiency in apparel manufacture are given. |
