(3-羟基丁酸酯)-(4-羟基丁酸酯)共聚物的物理性能

摘    要:用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热失重分析仪(TGA)、偏光显微镜和拉力实验机表征了(3-羟基丁酸酯)-(4-羟基丁酸酯)共聚物[poly(3HB-co-4HB)]的热性能和力学性能,考察了4-羟基丁酸酯(4HB)不同含量的poly(3HB-co-4HB)的热稳定性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,poly(3HB-co-4HB)共聚物有多个熔点,并随4HB含量的增加而降低,共聚酯的热稳定性几乎不受4HB含量的影响,共聚酯的屈服强度、拉伸强度和杨氏模量均随4HB含量的增大而下降。

Abstract:A series of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-4-hydroxybutyrate) copolymers poly(3HB-co-4HB)s] with the 4HB content from about 10 to 35 mol% were investigated, and the relationship between 4HB content and poly(3HB-co-4HB)s' thermal,crystal,mechanical properties was studied.Their thermal,crystal and mechanicalproperties were characterized by DSC,TGA,polarized light microscope and tensile test,It was found that the melt temperatures(Tm),glass transition temperatures(Tg) of all the poly(3HB-co-4HB) copolymers investigated decreased continuously with increasing the amount of 4HB;The thermal stability of the Poly(3HB-co-4HB) copolymers slightly improved with increasing 4HB contents;the yield stress and breaking stress nearly decreased with the increase of 4HB contents while the elongation at the yield and breaking point increased.
