执政理念的哲学维度审视

执政理念是社会意识的一种特殊形式,本文通过论述执政理念的分类提出执政理念是以阶级或政党为载体,但执政理念并非为执政的阶级或政党所独有；通过对执政理念特征的分析论述了它独特的发展规律,在此基础上论述执政理念的合规律性与合目的性及其关系,认为执政理念的建构是在执政活动和社会历史活动的基础上求得具体的、历史的统一的。

A Philosophical Survey on Ruling Idea

Ruling idea is a special Form of soial ideology.By discussing the clalsifications of ruling idea,we put forward that ruling idea,though with a party or a class as its carrier,was not possessed by the class or the party alone;by analysing the features of ruling idea,we expounded its unique law of de- velopment and also its approriateness for its low and its purpose.Furthermore,we hold that the construc- tion of a ruling idea is a concrete and historical integration achieved on the basis of ruling activities and social and historical activities.
