| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the problems including the shortcomings existing in sci-tech novelty retrieval policies and regulations,sci-tech novelty retrieval administrative organizations,and the novelty criteria,etc.,that handicap the development of the sci-tech novelty retrieval service in China at present,and puts forwards some actual problems demanding prompt solution in novelty retrieval and the countermeasures for solving these problems. |
