| 摘 要： | 以保障城市在巨灾、大灾、中灾情况下的城市防灾功能和居民生命安全为前提,针对地震后避难疏散和应急救援等各方面的问题,在总结了近几年国内外大地震灾后经验的基础上,研究了与震后有关的避难疏散场所、救灾干道、物资保障等各方面的要求,探讨了以避难疏散为主的城市防灾空间结构体系,以期为我国震后的救援和城市规划提供思路.

| Abstract: | To do well urban earth-quake disaster prevention. For deficiencies in evacuation and emergency rescue after an earthquake,the major earthquakes in recent years at home and abroad in recent years are summarized. Asylum evacuation place, relief roads, material support and other requirements are researched. In order to provide useful ideas for urban planning the structure system of urban disaster prevention space is discussed. |
